Attending: D.Bird, R.Codding, R.Davis, B.Elwell, R.Herman, E.Lemon, G.Strother, B.Swan and G.Wethers.

1. Board Minutes- Motion by R.Codding; seconded by R.Davis to approve the minutes of the April and May 2019 board meetings. Approved unanimously.

2.The remaining portion of the meeting was devoted to a presentation by Bruce Popper, retired labor leader, presenting “Workers’ Rights in the 21st Century”.
