FCNL a Quaker organization will have a seminar on democracy; voting and elections October 30th code 820 2927 5353

The interfaith Alliance will be having a bus tour” voting is sacred” in all the key voting states the week before elections

Barry suggested we contact national to determine what we are able to distribute to our members regarding voting and issues

NYSUT and RTA sent our endorsements to its members

Roberta spoke of the Poor Peoples Campaign and the extensive activities to get out the vote campaign

Network of sisters has posted Christian values compared to Project 2025

The Children’s agenda will be holding an interfaith weekend focused on children and poverty in our area also on 10/27 24, Spiritus Christi will hold a reception at 121 Fitzhugh St. at 4PM

Roberta spoke about the RASE Commission and its weaknesses concerning Mental health and Policing. She also mentioned the need for a look at the DSS and its workings.
